Ami Shapiro 
Utility Sales

Ami Shapiro joins ElectroTech with over 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Ami will serve as a key account manager to various customers in the Twin Cities area.

 

For fourteen years, Ami Shapiro worked at Xcel Energy in both technical sales and account management, serving a wide range of commercial, industrial, and utility customers. During this time, she developed deep knowledge of the electric utility industry and built lasting relationships across her territory by providing responsive service, technical expertise, and reliable solutions.

 

Prior to joining Xcel, Ami worked at Siemens and Johnson Controls in sales, promoting energy efficiency and dependable solutions for her customers. These roles strengthened her ability to align technical innovation with customer needs, laying the foundation for her career in the utility sector.

 

Ami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
